IEM Cologne playoffs preview and schedule
IEM Colognes playoffs are here, 6 teams out of 24 are still alive in tournament and will be competing for $400,000 grand prize. 6 teams which ae in playoffs are-
IEM Cologne is the first LAN event in more than 500 days of CS:GO which is a pretty big deal for one of the most famous esports game, that is why there is so much hype and excitement regarding the IEM Cologne.
IEM Cologne Playoffs schedule-
6 teams, 3 from each group are qualified in playoffs. Number 1 seeds from both groups are directly placed in semi-finals whereas the second and third seeds will face each others in quarterfinals. Playoffs quarterfinals will be played on 16th July 16:00 CEST onwards. Semi-finals on 17th July and grand finals will be on 18th July 16:00 CEST.
Virtus.Pro will face Astralis in first quarterfinals and the winner will move on to semi-finals to face G2 esports. VP is the #3 seed from Group A where they had an amazing run in lower bracket after dropping their first game of tournament. Astralis is #2 seed from Group B they lost to Navi in group stage finals and failed to get a direct spot in semi-finals.
Faze Clan will face Gambit in second quarterfinals and the winner will face Navi in semi-finals. Faze are #3 seed from Group B, they came here all the way from play ins. Gambit is #2 seed from Group B they lost to G2 in group stage finals and failed to get a direct spot in semi-finals.

Intel Extreme Masters Cologne will have a total of 1,000,000$ prize pool , which will be divided into all 24 teams.
