SEA TI 10 qualifiers came to an end as Fnatic beat TNC predator in Grand Finals 3-2. After down 2-0 early in the series Fnatic completed an epic comeback to qualify for the biggest Dota 2 event TI 10. Fnatic will now be joining T1 as the Southeast Asia's representative on The International 10.
It was a rematch of upper bracket finals between these 2 teams where also Fnatic won 2-0 to move on to grand finals and TNC dropped down to lower bracket finals where they faced Boom Esports and won 2-1 in an epic series to get a rematch against Fnatic in Grand finals of SEA TI 10 qualifiers.
Grand Finals was best of 5 series and it went all 5 games and felt like an epic do or die series as it was the last chance to qualify for the TI 10. TNC looked in control of the series early on as they won first 2 maps and gain a 2-0 lead in this best of 5 series. It was looking certain that TNC will be the last SEA representative for TI 10 but Fnatic had different ideas as they complete an epic comeback after winning 3 straight games to secure their spot in the biggest Dota 2 tournament of the year TI 10.
SEA team Fnatic joined 17 other teams who will be competing for the $40 million prize pool tournament TI 10. North American qualifiers will also be ending today. Still Western Europe and China qualifiers are remaining and one team from each of these region will qualify for TI 10.
