DPC Western Europe 2023 Results, Schedule and Leaderboard

Dota 2 2023 season has begun with the Dota Pro Circuit tour 1. The DPC Western Europe division 1 is the most stacked event of all DPC and will decide the majority of spots in upcoming majors and International. Tour 1 of division 1 DPC started on January 9th in all regions and will have a prizepool of $205,000 for each region.
Tour 1 of DPC Division 1 of every region will decide the participating team in the Lima Major, starting on February 22nd.
DPC WEU Division 1 Leaderboard
The DPC tour 1 will have 8 teams. After the end of the first tour, the top 4 teams will qualify for the Lima Major ( Feb 22 - March 5). The bottom two teams will be relegated to division 2 of Western Europe.

If the teams finish with the same wins, then the tiebreakers will decide the position.
DPC WEU Division 1 Results-
DPC Western Europe Division 1 is almost finished, Team Liquid secured the top spot as they won every series they played. Gaimin Gladiators took a somewhat surprising second seed in the DPC tour 1.
On the second last day, Nigma and Secret played a do or die series. Nigma won 2-0 and eliminated Secret from Division 1. Team Secret and Into The Breach are the bottom 2 teams of tour 1 and will play in Division 2 in the second tour of WEU DPC.
Nigma Galaxy finished their DPC tour 1 with a sixth place finish, they will stay in Division 1 but are not able to qualify for the Major.
DPC Europe Tiebreakers Results-
After the regular DPC games, three teams were tied for a 3rd-5th place finish. The third and fourth seeds would have qualified for the major, so these tiebreakers were very important.
Tundra, OG and Entity played each other to decide the final leaderboard. On day 1 the tiebreakers were played twice because of three-way tie between teams. Tundra beat OG, Entity beat Tundra and OG beat Entity in the bot tiebreakers. Then the tiebreakers continued ion next day where Tundra won against both OG and Entity to secure the third seed, Entity then beat OG to secure the fourth seed and final spot in Major.
