Cloud 9 qualified for VCT Champions, defeat Rise in NA LCQ finals

Cloud 9 Blue won 3-0 against Rise in grand finals of NA LCQ. After winning Last chance Qualifiers Cloud 9 became the last representative of North America in VCT Champions 2021 and joins Sentinels and Envy.

This game was the most important game of both the teams Valorant career, the winner would have qualified for the Valorant's first ever annual Championship. Rise was looking dominant in this event so far as they cruised their way in grand finals through upper bracket by defeating tournament favourites 100T in upper finals 2-1. Whereas C9 blue had an insane run through lower bracket to secure their spot in grand finals the also beat 100T 2-1 in lower finals.

Cloud 9 vs Rise NA LCQ grand finals results-

Rise faced Cloud9 blue in BO5 grand finals of NA Last Chance Qualifiers. Cloud 9 dominated the series and won 3-0 including a perfect 13-0 map. No one was expecting this result and was hoping for a much closer series but Cloud 9 had different intentions.

Map 1 was Breeze, picked by C9 and they won the first match convincingly with a score of 13-8. Map 2 was Split Rise's pick, but it was a complete disaster for Rise. Cloud 9 destroyed Rise and won the map with a perfect score line of 13-0. Map 3 was Bind, it was super close and went to last round. Cloud 9 managed to win the third map 13-11 and won the series 3-0.

Cloud 9's Xeppaa was named as Finals MVP. He had an insane 292 ACS and 1.66 KD across all the three maps.
