Vitality beats VP in Quarterfinals | IEM summer playoffs

Team Vitality defeated Virtus.Pro in IEM Summer's quarterfinals. It was a one sided series as Vitality took it 2-0.

Vitality was 2nd seed in group A whereas VP was 3rd seed in group B. Vitality will now face OG in semi-finals tomorrow June 12th and for VP it was end of their run in IEM summer.

Virtus.Pro gets 5th-6th place and 10,000$ and Vitality have at least secured top 4 finish.

Game 1-

VP picked inferno as their map pick but failed to convert it into win as they lost 10-16 to Vitality. ZywOo top fragged this map with 28 kills for Vitality.

Game 2-

Vitality picked Vertigo as their map picked and showed everyone why it is their best map. they dominated VP whole game and won convincingly with a score of 16-5. Apex had 24 kills for Vitality.

The superstar player for Vitality and last years Hltv #1 ZywOo was the MVP of this series with 46kills and 1.77 rating.
