Vision Strikers and TNL move to semi-finals | VCT Korea Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs

Vision Strikers and TNL won their quarterfinal games on the opening day of VCT Korea Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs. Both these teams will now face each other in the first semi-finals on August 8.

VCT Stage 3 Korea Challengers Playoffs: Quarterfinals result -

Vision Strikers faced Prince in the first quarter finals of the event, and it was pretty one sided. Vision Strikers won the best of 3 series 2-o. First map was Bind picked by VS, and they took their map pick easily 13-4. Second map Breeze was Prince's pick but they failed to impress on their map pick and lost the map 4-13 and series 2-0.

In second quarterfinal TNL esports faced World Game Star, and it was also a one sided series. TNL took their map pick Ascent 13-2 and WGS's pick Haven 13-7. TNL won the series 2-0.

Till now both the higher seeds from Challengers have won their quarterfinals and in pretty dominant fashion. Tomorrow in first game and third quarterfinal F4Q will face GochuGaru, F4Q will be higher seed and will be heavy favourites to win the series. In second game and last quarterfinals Nuturn Gaming will face Damwon Gaming, in this matchup Nuturn will be the higher seed.

VCT Stage 3 Korea Challengers Playoffs: Prize Pool-

While the main and most important prize for teams will be to qualify for Masters Berlin, the playoffs will also have a grand prize pool of around $71,000 USD.
