VCT NA Challengers playoffs result | VCT NA Semi-finals starts today
VCT NA Challengers stage 1 is moving to round 2 after the first two days of playoffs action. Cloud9, Optic, Luminosity and Guard won their round 1 games to move onto upper bracket semi-finals which will be played on March 19th.

Luminosity vs Guard - 4:00 PM PT
After the group stages of VCT NA Stage 1 Challengers, 8 out of 12 teams move onto playoffs. Cloud 9 and Version won their respective groups with a perfect run of 5-0 whereas the bottom two teams from group got eliminated. The top two teams of entire VCT NA Challengers will qualify for VCT Master 1 2022.
VCT NA Challengers Playoffs results-
On day 1 of playoffs, Cloud 9 beat Knights 2-1 (Ascent 14-12, Breeze 8-13 and Have 13-6). Knights could have pulled off the upset against the group A winners Cloud 9 if they would have closed the first map. Second series was in between Optic and XSET. After getting demolished on first map, Optic managed to compose themselves to win back to back maps and win the series 2-1 (Split 4-13, Ascent 13-9 and Bind 13-7).
Cloud 9 and Optic will now face each other in upper bracket semi-finals on March 19th. Knights and XSET are dropped down in lower bracket where they will play on March 20th in an elimination series.
Second day of Playoffs featured two more first round matchups- V1 vs Luminosity and Guard vs Sentinels. In first series, LG upsets V1 who were winner of Group A with a clean record of 5-0. LG won the series 2-1 (Bind 13-10, Ascent 8-13 and Fracture 15-13). In The second series Guard destroyed the last seasons bets NA team Sentinels. Guard won 2-0 with a dominating score line of Bind 13-6 and Icebox 13-1.
Luminosity and Guard will now face each other in upper bracket semi-finals on March 19th. Version 1 and Sentinels are dropped down in lower bracket where they will play on March 20th in an elimination series.
