T1 beat VP to win ESL One Summer 2021

SEA Dota 2 roster T1 defeats Virtus.pro 3-2 to win ESL One Summer 2021 grand finals.

Earlier, T1 beat Alliance 2-0 in lower bracket finals to secure their spot in grand finals to again face CIS roster VP, who already defeated them once in upper bracket finals.

The grand finals was a best of 5 game and it went all 5 maps to give the viewers an epic grand finals to watch this weekend.

T1 took game 1 in 31 min. of action behind. VP answered back by winning 2 consecutive games and took the lead in series 2-1. At this point it VP was looking favourite to win it all and claim the ESL one title but T1 roster had different plans.

T1 took map 4 in 43 min. to force the decider game of the tournament and they complete their comeback by winning the final game 5 in 42 min. to claim the 175,000$ grand prize and the ESL one title.

Both the teams are already qualified for The International 10 as direct invites by their position in DPC leader board.
