Paper Rex defeat Global Esports in VCT APAC LCQ

South East Asia's powerhouse Valorant team Paper Rex defeat India's Global Esports 2-0 in upper bracket quarterfinals of VCT Asia Pacific Last Chance Qualifiers. Paper Rex will now face Japan's Northeption in upper bracket quarter finals whereas GE dropped down to lower bracket round 2 where they will play in single elimination game.

This tournament is a big opportunity for Global Esports and Indian Valorant scene to impress everyone on a global stage. In debut at VCT Global Esports impressed everyone by defeating Korea's Damwon Gaming 2-1. But Paper Rex was on other level of GE, prx dominated GE in this series and won 2-0.

Map 1 was Icebox picked by Prx, it was a one sided affair as Prx took their map pick 13-3 in a dominant fashion and took a 1-0 lead in BO3 series. Map 2 was Split picked by Global Esports. Split was a complete destruction, Prx defeat GE with an embarrassing score line of 13-0. It was a complete destruction, GE had no chance against Prx.

Global Esports will now face the winner of game in between F4Q and Fennel in lower bracket.
