NiP and ENCE moves to semi-final of ESL Pro League 15 | ESL Playoffs results

ESL Pro League quarterfinals started on April 7th and after the first day NiP and ENCE won their quarterfinal games to move on to semi-finals of ESL Pro League. These two teams will now face each other in the first semi-final on April 9th.

Two more quarterfinals will be played on April 8th -

• Furia vs Astralis - 15:30 CEST

• NAVI vs Faze - 19:00 CEST

ESL Pro League 15 quarterfinals result-

The first quarterfinal of the season 15 was in between Movistar Riders and ENCE. ENCE won 2-0 against Fnatic in round of 12 whereas Movistar were already in the quarterfinals as the winners of group C. Despite winning the group stages, Movistar Riders were underdogs in this series. Movistar Riders took the first map Mirage 16-14 but from their it was a landslide in favour of ENCE, they won back to back maps to win the series 2-1, Vertigo 16-2 and Nuke 16-5.

Second quarterfinals was in between NiP and Liquid. Unlike first series this was very close, in the first map Ancient NiP took a comeback victory by 16-14. Second map Overpass went into the favour of Liquid 16-14. Last and Decider map of the series was Inferno, NiP won the ma 16-12 and took the series 2-1.

NiP will now face ENCE in the semi-finals on April 9th. Whereas Team Liquid and Movistar Riders finished the event with a 5th-8th place finish. Liquid won $32,500 USD and Riders took $42,500 USD from the prize pool.

Note: Teams are awarded a $5,000 USD bonus for each group stage win.
